Measure in 30 seconds

1. Grab a piece of string and a ruler.
2. Wrap the string around your ankle, just above the ankle bone.
3. Mark where it overlaps with a pen or your finger.
4. Lay the string flat against the ruler and read the measurement.

That number is your ankle circumference. Match it to the chart and add your preferred fit allowance — snug (+0.5 cm), comfort (+1.5 cm), or loose (+2.5 cm).
