Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Email support@babeina.com for an RMA before you ship.

After we receive and inspect the item, allow about 30 days to process the refund or exchange. Your bank may take 1–2 billing cycles to show the credit.

PERSONALIZED AND MOST MADE-TO-ORDER
Personalized pieces and most made-to-order pieces (including 14k gold) cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product page says the item is return eligible, the 30-day rule above applies.

DEFECTS
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email support@babeina.com. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
