I used this vendor previously. Sent it as a gift, so I cannot speak to the quality. As a returning customer, I purchased again on 12/7 for a Christmas gift. Promised a 12/11-15 delivery as I paid for expedited shipping, from one state over. It sat 8 days without being shipped. I sent an email on 12/17 at night, on 12/18 morning it was received at shipping center. I was no longer going to be at that address and needed it shipped elsewhere. I was told it was due to shipping delays. It was never given to USPS during that time. Requests were slow to respond and denied. Finally I asked to pay extra to get a new one shipped to the new address. Request was over looked. Finally, I went with another vendor who guaranteed receipt before Christmas because it was too much back and forth messaging. They eventually refunded the cost.
