This item doesn't appear to be of very good quality and took more than two weeks to arrive. I ordered the necklace in silver with four birthstones, and the stones aren't set flush in the mounting (one is sticking up enough that I'm not sure how long it will stay in). The charm is also much smaller than I expected based on the pictures. Based on other reviews here, I'm not reaching out to customer service and will just wear the necklace for as long as it lasts and hope for the best.
