Good quality! Smaller than I thought
I am very disappointed with this purchase. The font chart clearly shows that the letter “A” in Font 8 is connected at the loop, which is the entire reason I chose that font style. However, the necklace I received has an “A” that is not connected, making it look more like a “C” than an “A.” This completely changes the appearance of the name and takes away from the design I expected based on the seller's own font chart. What made this experience even more frustrating was the seller's response when I reached out about the issue. Instead of acknowledging my concern, the reply came across as condescending and dismissive, as though my confusion was unreasonable. The problem is not confusion on my part—the font chart clearly shows a connected “A,” while the product received does not match that design.
